Carmella is incredibly passionate about helping teens, young parents, and women discover their purpose in life, understand the importance of family values and community service. Tawanna Prillo

Meet Our Co-Founder: Tawana Prillo a graduate of Walden University holding a Bachelors of Science in Human Services Degree. Tawanna has worked with children and youth for more than 10 years. In this time period she owned a daycare business and served her church youth ministry. Tawanna is deeply passionate about giving back to the community by using her creativity and talents. Tawanna life mission is to make a difference in the world through her community by empowering and helping others find their passion. Tawanna’s pastimes include: painting canvases, organizing and playing board games.

Michael Carter

Michael Carter is I Am Grace and Grace Girls Administrative Assistant. Michael is a graduate of William Paterson University with a degree in Liberal Studies. Her experience with children is comprised of summer camp, babysitting and substitute teaching. Michael’s passion in life is to help others live an authentic life. Michael pastimes include: watching movies, engaging in the arts and loving on animals.

Sydney Williams

Sydney Williams is Grace Girls Mental Health Clinician and Grant Writer. Sydney is a graduate of Kean University where she received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Sydney has served the youth in her community for 5 years. Her experience includes but is not limited to working with youth through Mercer County Community College and Anchor House Foundation. Sydney’s passion is to give back to young woman by helping to build self esteem and self love to help create more powerful independent women. Sydney’s pastimes include: traveling and enjoying all the beautiful places God has created.
